They know what it means, well most of them. They use it to say anything that gives black and brown people power, even an iota of what they feel should be all theirs, is black, woke, emancipation, too much black power, too much black people in positions they believe should be whites only, freedom for non-white people, anti-whiteness (and therefore dangerous), etc. take your pick. It’s literally the “Whites Only” and “Coloreds Only” signs they are trying to enforce.
