Despite me being male and in an organization with many other black people, the boss was white and woefully incompetent with a nice strong topping of belief in his whiteness and all that it means. I never budged, so ended up in many arguments with him. I write about my experience in a book to join in alerting the world that these mad people exists.

Multiply your experience thousands of times then work out the economic and societal loss from your silent suffering and his freight train incompetence, weakness, insecurity and racism. The loss to black community is tremendous. The loss to all communities and the county from destroying its humans resources, people with intellect, experience, ideas and the will to work, is unmeasurable. Racism has continued and will continue to destroy the nation from inside.
