Thanks, and sadly, yes. The shortsighted decision is to prioritize profits over people. A friend of mine said that America started as a business and will continue to operate as such. That's why corporations tend to have more rights than people. Indeed, increased corporate power in politics will likely threaten essential safety, medical, and environmental regulations. We had a trailer/precursor of this during Trump's first term. The prioritization of profit over public health often proves deadly for ordinary people.

Christianity has always been a valuable tool in capitalism, so the Christian nationalism and corporate mix serve to worsen the situation, creating a toxic environment for citizens. It's crucial to stay informed and advocate for policies prioritizing public welfare over corporate interests. People need to vote for their long-term future, not the fantasy of the ruling of a superior race. Corporate does not care about you whether you are young, old, black, white, gay, Christian or not, Asian, male, or female, as long as you labor to make it richer.
