OMG! Thanks for your point of view. Years ago, one of my white colleague came to my office to complain that a black woman got a job that he wanted. He claimed it was because of “reversed racism.” I had not heard the term before then, so I deduced he preferred racism that went forward, the right way racism is expected favoring people who believe in whiteness over everyone else.
