JCT’s opinion hardly runs credible when the country, unlike many others is not “colorblind” or “race blind” in any other way or institution. I still need to tick a box on a census survey, health insurance application, medical forms, etc. I found a good essay on how the constitution is not race blind. If so, we could apply the 3/5’s clause to people like the Supreme Court justices! I share the essay for those interested.
