In the Caribbean, we call these "rent-a-dread." They pay a guy, normally a rasta man to be with them for their vacation. The same with the guys, even though they tend to want multiple woman/or men.

There is a story of a woman from a European country who brought disease to a small island without the facilities to deal with the disease. She infected a few local men, who in turn infected their unsuspecting women. Travesty!
