China and America: Using Propaganda To Hide Human Rights Abuses
Here is How their Governments Stifle Innovations and the Future of these Great Nations

I visited New Orleans some years ago and went as far south along the Mississippi River Delta as you could go without swimming. I recall the drain at the side of the road had stagnant water despite the weather being dry for weeks. There were homes on tall stilts with a small boat tied to its base. I suppose it was a preparation to row your boat to safety during a storm surge flood. Flood gates marked the entrance to that area. Clearly, they may not have evacuated the area before closing them. We stood quietly at the shore at sea level, reading the names of a monument in the “everlasting memory” of the victims of Hurricane Katrina.
We visited in late 2017 as a birthday gift. Hurricane Katrina ravaged New Orleans in 2005 and Hurricane Irma in 2017. We talked about the news footage back then as we watched with the world in horror as images of Americans, mostly Black and poor white people, stranded in floodwaters circulated across the globe.
